Cancellation Policy

Please call to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, 48 hours for couples or group appointments. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged full price for the service. 

24 hour refund policy

All packages have a 24 hour refund period from the date purchased. After 24 hours all sales are final and no refunds can be made. No refunds will be issued for retail products.
